We have used City Wide for 5+ years now and have nothing but great things to say about them. We have had great experiences with their install team, technicians and management. They are always looking out for their customers and make sure any problem that may arise gets solved in a prompt professional manner. Highly recommend!
City Wide Heating and Cooling is the ONLY heating and cooling company for us! We have used this company for the past 35 years, at different homes, and we have always had EXCELLENT service! They are prompt, fair, reasonable, and extremely knowledgeable. Each technician is expert and personable. Ken has done our routine and troubleshooting service for years, and never once have we had an issue that he could not address. We love City Wide, and we always have them as "our" company!
My furnace / AC went out and was in process of reaching out to companies to get some prices to compare. Called this company due to their proximity to my place of employment, and a representative took my information and indicated a member of their sales team would contact me. Never heard from them. So I cant speak to any quality of their work, but if this is how they conduct all of their business, probably wouldn't have a good option.
I had to get a new furnace. I trusted them to be at my house when I was working and they did an amazing job. It’s hard to find good workmanship these days and I cannot say enough wonderful things about company.
