City Wide has been great so far. We have been with them a few months and have seen a great improvement from our last warehouse cleaning service. Not only are the cleaners very respectful and professional, but the sales execs and managers have all been very attentive with checking in on us to see if we need anything.
As of ops manager, always facing lots of issue in warehouse every day such as broken pipe, damaged dock door and etc. But instead of searching and wasting time to look for the people to fix them, I just simply send an email to citywide and they take care of all problems shortly and with best rate.
