They continue to do great work for me. I like that there is a specific person to contact and any minor issues that I've had have been resolved the same day, which did not happen with my previous company. They are always checking in to make sure things are going well and the supervisor makes in person appearances.
Bryant and the City Wide Facility team take great care of their customers. Very responsive and quick to provide great service. We appreciate their partnership.
We had a issue with our soap dispensers and Austin came out and fix it ASAP. Thank you so much
Kaylee is our solutions manager and she is fantastic. The first day we met, I let her know that our floors had been very sticky and gross. We do not have that problem anymore. The turn around on that one request was light speed.
