Shawn L. did a fabulous job with with our initial Set up with the company and has been diligent about following up periodically to make sure we have everything we need from our Onsite Cleaners. He really cares about his customers and providing quality service!

We are with city wide because of Keith Fleming. He is the reason why we stick with them. Keith is spot on with communication, making sure I am aware of any issues or abnormalities their crew may find. He checks in store on a weekly bases and more if needed. Jumps on stuff that is communicated with him right away. That is a good partnership. Thank you Keith.
Jimmy Skanes does a great job managing our account. The service from CityWide has been very good. If something doesn’t go as planned, Jimmy resolves it immediately. I can also testify that the CityWide operation in Orlando FL has been just as helpful. Jimmy setup my FL contact(Alberto Peralta) when I needed help at at an off-site location.
