They were a no show and no call, on the day they were supposed to come and fix our garage door. We had to call them and figure out why they never showed. Showed up the following day on a Friday and fixed the garage door fine. We asked for a quote for a whole new garage door/ operater and said we would get a phone call with a quote on Monday. Here we are a week past and still no call or no quote. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Would look elsewhere for a company that's more professional and responsive.
Called just to leave a message on New Years Eve just wanting to leave a message for someone to contact me back after the holidays for a quote. Was shocked someone called me back the same day. Set up a date for an employee to come give me a quote and they were at my house the day they said they would be. City wide door did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone!
