always a good experience
Jim, replaced the exhaust pipes on my 2016 softail. He took the time to show me the options I had and explained the pros and cons. I had them replaced changed the fluids and battery. Clean worked. I found my go to shop for service and repairs. Great customer service
This the best place I have taken my Harley into. Best customer service Honest opinions on work that needed to be done. Very quick turn around. From now on this the only place I’ll be taking my bike to and the only place I’ll be referring people too !!!
Jim is very knowledgeable, fair, honest, and most of all cares about the rider being happy with their bike. I will continue to take my bike to Citywide Cycles and would recommend him to anyone.
I couldn’t ask for a better experience with this shop. If I could give more stars I would. I came in with my FXDB misfiring and a loss of power. Less than a week later it was ready to be picked up with not only my initial problem fixed but a few minor things buttoned up that I wasn’t able to get around to before bringing it in. This shop has got itself a guaranteed customer for any future problems. Thank you Citywide Cycles!!
