Terrible he never showed up .
Dont even think about calling them . The guy was rude, abusive and used lot of foul language. BEWARE.......!!!!!
I had a good experience using city wide heating and cooling. The technician was very honest and straightforward when it came to informing me about the diagnosis process and the repairs. He was also very familiar with the home warranty I used meaning he was able to work with the warranty company directly with no hassles. Most importantly the repair was done well, and now several weeks after repairs my a/c is still blowing cold.
Definitely the worst!!!totally never came back and never called us back. We had to go somewhere different so they could fix the ac. When the new company came it wasn't even the problem this company said it was.
