Matt was very professional and enthusiastic and the proof is in the pudding. Like night and day, see photos. This was white wool carpet and I am so happy, it looks like new!
Matt did a great job, explained what he was doing and what to expect really well. He was also really funny and personable, which made it comfortable having him in my home. I had two 8x10 area rugs and a couch done and it came to $400, a bit expensive but this is a superior cleaning process than steam cleaning. Would use this company again.
