Phenomenal carpet cleaning service! When my cat, who has arthritis, missed the litter box a few times, I called City Wide Chem Dry. Editing my review since it’s been a few days. The stain is still there unfortunately, and the mixture of cleaner and pet waste smell still remains. I didn’t have a water hookup at my apartment, which is necessary now. I wish Chad would have spent more time on it. Seemed like he was rushing since it was end of day.
I was able to have Chad come out same-day, he was super responsive and did a great job at my home, even without a water supply. My rug looks good as new!
