I made a 3:00pm appointment to have area rugs cleaned. Rushed home from work to be there for the appointment. I get a phone call at 3:15 informing me they will be at my home between 4 and 430. Get 2nd phone call telling me they are lost @ 4:05. I got multiple phone calls after that because techician is lost.
