Brilliant experience buying my new MT-10 at City West Yamaha. From start to finish Brian was absolutely great to deal with, and the best Motorbike sales person I have encountered to date! If you want a seamless, knowledgeable, professional, friendly purchase experience, with great communication, definitely go see Brian! I will definitely be heading straight to City West Yamaha for any future bikes. P.S. I have a better bike than you now Brian, haha!
Absolutely excellent experience when purchasing my first bike. Cam walked me through the whole process and kept me in touch with all the details. I unfortunately had an accident a few weeks into having it, and John came down and picked up the bike and even dropped me home. They've kept me informed of the whole process of the repair. Could not recommend the City West Yamaha team anymore.
Unfortunately having a lot of trouble getting replies through their eBay online store.
