Hi I have been a resident of City West for about 3 maybe 4 years now in my time living here I have never gotten the chance to meet any of the people really because well I didn't quite fit which is really fine because I'm an introvert. If I could give zero stars also I would, I was getting out of my car parked and just walking past the parked cars some females was in a khia SUV smoking weed and drinking I walked past to continuing go to office building didn't think nothing of it. It wasn't my business so I'm waiting in lobby to be called one of the same ladies I seen in the khia SUV came in and the man receptiononalist said good morning to her like he knew her why this lady works there she was getting high and drunk early in morning right in front of your ... read more

Apartment appliances are broken and the people that work here are rude and refuse to help. I would never live here if I were you
They get zero stars from me! The office staff are the most rude and unprofessional girls that I have ever spoken to in a professional setting in my life. Half of the time they won't answer any calls or return messages/calls. They rush you off the phone, they don't fully listen and their tone screams I don't care. No way the face of a business should behave in that manner. They need to do a serious sweep of their staff.
