Budget accommodation, Rooms were clean though a bit dated. No views from room, and lights from neighbouring building shone through windows at night as only venitan blinds no curtains. Seemed full but fairly quiet. Kitchen had what you needed but no milk on arrival so no nice relaxing hot drink after long drive. Rooms are dirty, stains on the wall, it smelt bad, the shower barely works at best and goes from hot to freezing cold every minute. There was black dirt on the bed sheets under the covers. We were told there is secure parking, there is literally no parking unless you get there a week early and steal 2 spots when someone leaves and you never move your car. The rooms were clean had everything needed for a few nights stay.. great if you are need close access to the Perth family court. It's a walk to the end of the street. Can get rooms with three single beds so if you are travelling with friends it's like a big people sleep over.
