Very happy that we called City Water Conservation! Prompt service from first call to end of service! Our tech, Michael, was exceptional and found our leak very quickly. He is professional and worked diligently. He called prior to arrival and got right to work as he arrived to our scheduled time. I can't say enough good things! Thank you Michael! We will definitely be recommending and using again in the future if needed!!

Fantastic work, and James is incredibly responsive and professional. He talked me through what the job of installing the Flo by Moen would be all about, and then got it done efficiently and with a smile.
After we discovered that our water heater was leaking, we called City Water Conservation and Jaime came over within an hour of the call. He quickly fixed the leak and we scheduled a next day appointment to have the water heater replaced. Overall, I loved their upfront pricing, professionalism, and how quickly they fixed the issue. It truly was a five-star experience!
