Nasty workers driver very disrespectful … shame on this company and the people they hire.
This company is the worst! if you remotely have a complain they yell, hang up, scream at you, they are really awful people. I dare someone to call just to place some feedback and you will notice how awful these people react, they have the worst temper, they have the worst customer service and I do not recommend them to ANYONE. Terrible terrible services. I can guarantee they will go out of business soon. This is by far the worst garbage company out there for NYC
They are bullies, the boss can’t even control the workers. I have to call them every time to pick up the garbage. The drivers expectation is to get something for picking up the garbage when I pay monthly. City waste IS A WASTE OF TIME.
This company is so unprofessional, they don’t come to pick up my garbage I’ve received 3 tickets already from Sanitation and there all from CITY WASTE NOT PICKING UP MY GARBAGE. And then when you call the owner DINO tells us it’s not his problem but it very well is his problem because his workers never came to pick my garbage up. I have video footage of every garbage day and can prove no drivers ever came . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE USELESS. They should through this whole company in the garbage as well
