TL;DR This place is not worth renting for a year, even if you’re offered two months off. If you want peace of mind go somewhere else and save your hard earned money. Based on my math, it’d cost you close to 7k to break the lease if you were offered a concession as you will be asked to pay that forward too if you want to break your lease. This is just an honest opinion based on my own perspective. Adriana is great as a manager, very knowledgeable and attentive. However, I was very disappointed about how much you can hear others from other apartments. Mainly, noise between 1st and second floor is very loud and the flooring is very thin. Having loud and careless neighbors doesn’t really help either. I’ve had to complain about the noise multiple times and even though the issue has been tried to be resolved, nothing really changes. I had a great experience touring the property. Adriana was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. While I’m specifically looking for a 2-bedroom apartment and none are currently available, I was very impressed with the community and would gladly revisit if one becomes available.
I had a wonderful experience with this property and especially with Adriana! She was professional, friendly, and always quick to answer any questions I had. Adriana made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and it’s clear that she genuinely cares about her residents and providing excellent service.
