Upon arrival, after negotiating a deal via email, dependent on a test drive, it was found the entire right rear lighting assembly was nonfunctional. After pulling the assembly it was found the wiring was fried. At this point they offered to sell me the car as is at the agreed upon price, to fix myself elsewhere or buy it from them and then pay them $750 to fix the issue.
