We had a horrible experience with this administration. We sent them emails about people smoking weed, walking their dogs without leash and someone stole our front mat but the administration never replied back. Please avoid this place if you can! We supposed to receive our down payment back when we moved out but we got $1,000.00 charge instead.

I do know you brought up concerns and it was under my impression, they were addressed. When a lease violation is brought to our attention, the office addresses the violation to the extent the lease allows. If you are looking for an outstanding place to live with a great professional team that provide excellent customer service but yet fun and empathetic to yours needs then this is that place for you. My wife and I have been here for 2 1/2 years and the team have been nothing but wonderful to us. City View rocks the maintenance & repair request. This is an invaluable quality & I greatly appreciate the care of these people. Also it is just a fabulous place to live !!
Awesome staff, very attentive and expeditiously addressees any problems if any. Gracious host in all the events they cater for us residents
