Don't trust the owner. After signing a lease on a property he was managing and after I gave his company a couple thousand dollars for said property, it was left a wreck to the point that there was glass and airsoft bullets in all over the carpet. When me and my girlfriend called to let him know about this, John Dietrich, the owner, calls my girlfriend a bitch and claims she needs medication. Horrible company with horrible people running it.
