New swimspa owner here. Know nothing about it .... yes, despite the YouTube videos, because my spa is old & not on video. Anyways, the staff and management of Cityview have been absolutely incredible with their help, wisdom, and expertise. I went to other shops in the city but these guys are by far the best.
