I'm so very disappointed with this business. Not so much the store, but the installation. We spent $12k + for a beautiful above ground pool that we got to enjoy for 1.5 seasons. Seems that this business does not stand behind it's product. The bottom of the pool is full of divits because they didn't take the time to pack down the sand or build the base properly. Pieces of the pool are missing. Bottom caps etc. Now because of these problems, we will be pooless this summer because we will be spending our weekends trying to fix ... read more
Spoke to Samantha on the phone for help on an issue with our pool. She was unable to help us with the repair but the knowledge she shared on what to do you can’t put a price on…. Thanks!
The workers here were so nice to me and my family and then my dad was the one taking care of my pool and then they helped me a lot when he passed away
Samantha and her team installed a new pool liner for us. Now our pool looks brand new again! Great people to deal with. Thank you.
