I have been at park place apartments since january anytime.Anything has gone wrong because of the wear and tear of the apartments has been addressed immediately, The manager of these apartments is exceptional, and very professional. It is quiet here at these apartments. It has never been an issue that I know of of drugs. So I don't know why people would lie.
I love the space I'm in outside aint exactly always nice but I'm. Never afraid to go outside I enjoy my son being able to play outside in peace and ride his bike as well as the individuals who run the property play no games with the shenanigans 😉

I called to check on my application and I was told I have to call between the 18th just to find out about moving in is ridiculous not to mention they will denied you so they really don't help nor care if you have children and tryna make the best of your situation with the very little support from anyone this city alone will watch you fall apart and watch people children get taken away due to no proper home for them..!! Louisville has to do better but they will never change at all
