So this company took over the apartment that I was living. We weren't told that they were taking over until the day that rent was due. I rented a house in 2017-2018 from this joke of a management company. Everything was fine for the first 3 months, and then it went down hill from there. I couldn't get anything fixed, and found out that the owner canceled the home warranty that was fixing the vast amount of fixes the house needed. The people that were sent out to things in the house, were trying to charge me for the fixes. I had to take care of all the yardwork, and also, I had to buy the lawnmower and all the tools myself. If you’re in the mood to get swindled out of hundreds of dollars by a power hungry imp of a landlord, then City View is right for you! Tiffany Shockley is her name and crooked business is the game! We lost hundreds out of our security deposit for damages that were never even mentioned during the final walkthrough. We should have taken it to court but ultimately got worn down by her incessant weaseling. City View is a diseased creature that ought to have the life choked from it.
