There are roach infestations constantly. No matter how well and how much you clean, they keep coming. Mice are a problem as well. Parking is difficult because there are sometimes no spots in the lot for tenants to park and the few times I parked on the street someone broke into my car. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything that it happening around you. Noise complaints aren’t taken very seriously.
