We are about to sign our 3rd year lease here at city view . I love it here . It’s a quiet community. The staff and maintenance are very nice and professional. Maintenance comes in a timely manner .
Shame on you! The trauma you put a innocent child and her beloved dogs thru is nothing short of bullying. Why don"t you concern yourself with the health issues such as birds in your apartment vents>major health risk. Windows falling out and mold, and the list continues. Instead of picking on children and their pets. Not to mention the shady people that hang around there. If people care about their children and pets.... Keep on looking this is not the place for you!

Very pleased since I moved here in February 2017. Helpful office staff, clean units, and maintenance has been quick to attend to any needs I've had (which haven't been major). Staff even has sent personalized letters asking how my new cat has been. Only downside on occasion is that folks going to the nearby restaurants can take up parking spots on the east side sometimes that are (seemingly) intended for residents, but it is not clearly marked if restricted. Best apartment I've lived at in my four years of renting.
My Sister and I have lived here since November... have loved every minute. The Office Staff are awesome .. very prompt to respond.. very friendly.. the apartment is perfect... we love the location in respect to medical and shopping.. we are more than happy here. Ruthie Jones

We love these apartments. Well kept outside and lovely and clean inside. Very quiet and never hear our neighbors. I recommend living here. Good price for newish looking apartments.
