Property manager is a flake .she accepts all the bad crowed to live there . One example unit 2 . Keep ur teens away. Rent is due on Saturday morning but get deposited on Monday evening . Money orders r what is to be in not cash . Be sure it's not cash cuz she's gambled tenants rent several times n then wants every one to help her cover it . . She likes to party so don't get to friendly cuz she'll back stab u then treat u like crap . So I just say good luck if u decide to move in there.
