I am being charged an amount that is not my responsibility. When I ask for an itemized bill they have ignored my request for an itemized bill of the $600 following amount that does not pertain to my account nor am I responsible for paying the amount they are trying to charge me. Trying to dispute this matter is ridiculous.

This place is ridiculous. Our bill is 240 like clock work. And just magically raises 100 dollars this month. With no changes. Not to mention they are complete liars and scam artist. The worst. You call they say one thing and do another. Then when you call them on it. They lie more. This place should seriously be invested. And how do you justify charging people for power they didn't use.
