12-23-23 The reviews and ratings do not match the quality of service we received. We used City Trans to pick us up from LAX to bring us to our hotel in downtown LA on the date above. Val picked us up in his Escalade. He was punctual, chatty, and fun to be around. Very cool dude, but with the utmost professionalism. People can often make or break an experience, and we appreciate Val making ours a fantastic one. The Escalade was luxurious and clean, and there were complimentary bottles of water. Look no further. Ask for Val.
These guys regularly park for weeks at a time in residential areas. Or maybe I'm mistaken and there's a different "City Trans Inc" operating in LA with a black Mercedes sprinter shuttle bus who's parking on the street in front of my house, but I highly doubt it.
