Never again. At first I was told they charge $54/hr to work on a mower I purchased from them. After 2 wks, I was told the cable was installed and ready for pick up. Now was told it would be $100/hr. Also I needed a new air filter. I told him I already had 2. He installed one anyway and charged me $26 to do it. I didn't want to do it, but my next mower could be battery operated.
