Toyota reached out to me to schedule an appointment for a recall affecting my vehicle. I scheduled an appointment for the next day for that specific issue. I arrived at 7 am and was told at 8:30 am that they didn't have the part in stock. They shouldn't have scheduled an appointment before confirming that the necessary part for that recall was in stock and available.

The staff at City Toyota (Rey) are very friendly and super nice. They were very busy packed with customers and vehicles that day. Rey was apologetic about it being crowded. Not his fault at all. He told me right away that the service would be 2 hrs. An hour longer than usual due to the volume of cars. I waited in the comfortable waiting area, had a coffee from the cafe. My car was completed just under the 2 hour as stated. Rey was very nice and courteous.
Rey got me and fixed the issue. Understood it was under warranty and communication was on point. Vehicle was ready as promised.
