Worst experience dealing with this Filipino representative in parts department. it sounded like his fake Filipino accent got worst and worse as he kept me on hold for about 45 minutes searching. I have a 97 4Runner and I broke the tensioner bolt while replacing the alternator. After giving him my name, and I was in the Toyota system where he saw my 4Runner in the system, but he needed me to get my vehicles VIN number to look up a part?
