We were in the process of travelling around Australia and Matthew Clavelli and his team at City Toyota were beyond helpful. Don’t go here, I’ve had to wait over 4 hours for a 45 min service. The car has been parked finished at the front car park for over 35 minutes and I’m still waiting for someone to press print on my invoice. Shocking!! The sense of urgency is none existent!.
