Signs say their services for towing are 24/7 but I've called them on two separate weeknights on which someone stole my designated spot at my conominum that has their signs everywhere as the contracted towing service, and they just never answer.

If I could give this business a rating of 0 I would!! Horrible customer service with horrible answers to my questions about getting a simple estimate on a vehicle being towed from point A to point B!! I would let the entire world with all Florida residents know to never support or give this business any attention with NO business they are horrible and disgusting/ rude!!! DON’T give them any of your money or business they make up prices from off the top of there heads with no professionalism!!! Horrible & a 0 rating!!

Bearded guy with glasses extremely rude, smiled every time he told me he couldn’t help me get my truck and it would be another 30$ per day. First they close at 5 not 6, so don’t get there at 4:30 it just pisses him off. The lady in the office when I came back was friendly and no issues. The situation as a whole was messed up and not all their fault, but get somebody else to help you cause the bearded dude just wants to go home and will laugh at you as you scramble trying to simply pay for your car and resolve the situation. ... read more
