I can’t tell you how much I appreciate City Towing & Storage! It makes it so easy and stress free to have my car towed. The young man who did the towing couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful.
On Saturday my Volvo broke down on the road to San Bernardino. The trooper came out to help us and insisted on calling a tow truck. Your driver arrived shortly thereafter and took care of everything. I wanted to write this letter to thank you for his outstanding service. He was not only pleasant and polite but also efficient and quick. I would appreciate it if you could thank him for me.
These were some pretty smart towing workers. They knew just how to replace the front windshield on my Ford Mustang after the whole glass was smashed by a falling tree branch. They weren`t pushy or anything, just real calm and kind folks. That`s the kind of professional service I wanted in mind when I hire a towing service. And the bill they gave me wasn`t too heavy either.
The towing service was excellent and so welcomed. I can only say after I first saw his running lights I felt safe and knew we were in good hands. This was also the first time I have ever had to use City Towing & Storage.
I called them to come help me and they were there within 20 minutes. Great service, friendly and helped calm my anxiety! I couldn`t thank them enough! I highly recommend!
Not only was this best price and fastest by far but this Guy was so incredibly nice he carried something heavy to house for me!!! (I have fused back and rhm. arthritis) And he refused extra for it!
