-5 starts , absolutely the worst place ! I brought my car in to get an alignment and a ty rod and it came out with dashboard lights on . The car was UNDERIVABLE! , .After a hour and a half of giving me the runaround I had to take it to a real mechanic. Long story they changed me $230 for A tie rod they didn’t put in , bolts missing from ball joint and no alignment . Scammed!
Good shop alignment is perfect tire install was great, people were friendly.
I’m told this person is an employee of yours. I will be sure to NEVER EVER visit this place for repairs and I’ll also be sure to recommended people to stay away from this facility as well if this is the type of people you employ.
I brought my car in with a tire wobble, and they were able to quickly diagnose it and make the fixes. Scott and his team are always friendly, professional, and very capable! Give City Tire in Pittsfield a try. You won’t be sorry!
