I headed out to work this morning only to find a screw lodged in my completely flat tire. 😩 Within 30 minutes, City Tire was at my house, had my flat fixed, and I was on my way! Great service by a great local company!
City Tire and Battery is a family owned and operated company. All the employees have been there for quite some time and they get to know you by your first name real quick. They treat you like family and will bend over backwards to do anything possible to make sure you're happy. I have been in several emergency situations and it would have been just as easy for them to say just drop it off on Monday or tomorrow but they've been super accommodating any anything to help the customer. They were amazing! Our van died in their driveway and four hours later they found the problem and had it fixed:) The cost was quite reasonable and our only wish is that it was closer to Garland for our daughter's family and to Ohio for us!
I had a flat. I lost my lug nut key. I asked Berry if they could get my lug nut off without me having to deal with the Chevy dealer. And of course he and his gang had me in and out. Fast and easy. Great service!!!! Ive been going to City Tire and Battery for 30 years.
