Had a 17 year old Trane heat pump going out. Called up Tin City based off a recommendation from my grandparents who used them back in 2016 to replace their unit. The owners and workers were very kind, informative and nice. They are hands down the best priced, friendliest company for this work and in general. Great customer service with the front office staff and servicemen that came out to check my unit after it was not cooling well. Very professional. Resolved the issue and now my house feels great! If you have to a leave a message they are quick to respond and quick to get out to the home. Would choose this place as it’s a small business with honest people that have multiple employees who have been there for years!
We’ve had the team from City Tin Shop of Landis out a few times for HVAC work and are now working with them on running gas lines for our porch. We have been so impressed with the technicians that have come out - we have seen the same faces and learned several of them have been with the company for many years. They are knowledgeable and fair on pricing. Even if you have to leave a message when calling, they call right back. Would definitely recommend for HVAC services in the Kannapolis area.
