City Thrift lost me as a customer the day I wandered through and heard on the loud speaker that a certain color was the color of the day, found a number of things I wanted in that color, and went to check out only to be told that wasn't the color of the day. I talked to the clerk, and the manager, and though they admitted that was in the repetitious announcement they wouldn't budge on my intended purchases, so I left it all behind and won't be going back.
