They lie directly to your face regarding the "return policy" which was actually and exchange policy. I brought back a broken electronic scale and they told me they don't do exchanges on scales. They told me the day of purchase they did. I was told to donate the item and get a 30% coupon to buy a new one... SO YOU CAN RESELL A PRODUCT THAT YOU ALREADY MADE MONEY ON! YOU ARE MAD.
