City tele coin is a scam. I paid $12.00 for my son to call me. I was charged an administration fee of $3.00, statement fee of $2.00, credit card fee of 0.31, and tax fee of $1.11. that left me with $5.58 of talk time which is only a few min. just 2 calls. If you go with inmate aid, to get a discount, you still have to give tele coin money anyway. you don't win at all. Thieves is what they are. they can laugh all they want, but they will get theirs. God sees all things.

This company is a piece of S***, rip off and they should be ashamed. Its a total sham and takes advantage of people and their families at the worst time. I hope all individuals who profit from this company rot. POS.

This company is a total sham. Out of a $20 payment there was fees of $6.85. Then an invoice came in the mail for which the company charged me $2. So now there is $10.65 left for calls. Well, let's talk about calls. The video calls don't contect and calls from the jail to home don't connect, so let's try an email message. Well is received after three days and cost .50. Terrible!!! This company uses inmates families, no matter whether they are in jail for public intox or murder, to make a huge profit off of families of the offender. It is pathetic to penalize the family of a offender to make a profit, but they do. It’s bad enough the fee to talk to the person in jail. It’s even worse the additional fees they tack on top. Save your money and go see the inmate on visiting day or days. That will put operations like these out of business.

totally horrible and super frustrating. I paid for a 15 min video call but the call froze and cut off after 3 min. It wouldn't let me call back. Later I tried uploading more money and it wouldn't work. It took 3 calls to customer service to finally get money on my account. Now it still won't let me make a call because it says my billing address is incorrect yet there is no option on the website for changing that. Been on hold with customer service AGAIN for almost 45 min. First time I called them I was left on hold then hung... read more
