The owners of City Tele-Coin, GERALD L. JUNEAU and ROSALYN M. JUNEAU, are as corrupt as the local and state governments they serve. If you use a credit card, somebody working in City Tele-Coin will steal and use your card number for fraudulent purposes (this happened to me twice on a card I have only use with City Tele-Coin), they overcharge fees, their service is over priced, their equipment in the correction facilities and jails are in disrepair or don't work at all, constant disconnects or connections that one cannot hear... read more

I hope they let me file them on my taxes w how much they charge. Nothing cheaper convenient about it. They literally take half of whatever amount you can put bgg on there. I got to where I could only do 10$ at a time ,& after they raped me w their charges It would leave me 4$ altogether to talk to my LO. Shame on them.

This company is a rip off going to BBB to complain They already been in trouble and forced to pay back 20% to customers for fraud chargers I would put a picture on here but it won’t let me file a report with BBB they will help with getting your money back from these people that take advantage of others

they dont list fees or taxes untill after you deposit, i under stand taxes change depending on deposit but fees are set, least they could do is list on the site the tax % and all fees , $50.00 deposit only $32.00 credit? tat is a ripoff.. the they profit off $.50 per msg and profit off $5.25 15min call

what is this OTHER TAX on statements, law says taxes must me listed as to what they are for. answer i got was "that is the fee the jail charges" that is not a tax, thats a kickback "and the jail pays local taxes out of that"

extremely poor customer service, rates are not listed, $2 for a statement per mo.? i dont know ANY business that charges for a monthly statement. msgs are not received by either party, CTC blames the jail the jail blames CTC, very poor service. rip off..

Worst company ever you if you put $20 only $13 going toward your call this is robbery. Straight ripe off if i could give a zero i will run away from city telecoin its ridiculous with these fucking fees

City telecoin does nothing but take advantage of people. It costs me a fortune just to be able to talk to my husband for a few minutes. If I deposit $30 into it prepaid account approximately $21 guess to our actual talk time the rest goes to so called fees. And then we have a 45 vent connection fee per call and .35 cents per minute or $5.35 for 15 minutes. My problem is this.... I don't understand I sent up the account and put money on his account and it is there . But it is not letting my husband call me at all why is he having problems for someone needs to fix this .
