I was really impressed with the service from City Suburban Plumbing Co. My boiler and water heater both needed replacement, and Douglas handled everything smoothly. From the beginning, he explained the installation process, what to expect, and showed me how to use the new equipment. He was friendly, on time, and very knowledgeable. I’ve already recommended this company to friends who were also happy with their plumbing work. I’ll definitely call them again for any future plumbing or heating needs!
We woke up to find our kitchen sink completely clogged, and there was a leak in the basement pipes as well. I called a plumbing company, and the person who answered the phone was very friendly and said a plumber would arrive by early afternoon. The customer service rep promised that Douglas would arrive at my property in Bronx within 20 minutes, but he showed up in just 15. I pointed out the issue and he immediately got to work. The stubbornly clogged drain required the use of a large, wheeled snake. Douglas carefully brought it in to prevent dirtying the carpet runner, and successfully addressed the problem at a reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend their plumbing services.
