I rented my studio with them and had an excellent experience with this real estate company from beginning to end. The entire team has always been attentive, helpful, and professional throughout the whole process. For those looking for a serious and reliable real estate company, I definitely recommend this one.
If you’re a person of color I do not recommend renting from here they will do anything to make you feel uncomfortable, they pick and choose who they treat and how with inherent bias. Constant package theft, filthy and dusty hallways and borderline evil staff at the 502 building. Avoid at all costs, this is one of the worst management companies I have ever dealt with. Totally unethical and their apartments have multiple violations.
I lived in one of their buildings, 230 East 78th Street, for one year, and that was one year too many. The building was a dump. I had leaks coming out of my ceiling in both the kitchen and the bathroom, and they never fixed them. The drywall literally ripped open, and I ended up living with a hole in my ceiling for the entire year. I called the super and the company repeatedly, begging for someone to come fix it, and nobody ever came.
