In August, the upstairs AC unit stopped working. Rob was able to diagnose and repair the issue and topped up the coolant in both condenser units. He also gave me an estimate for the basement furnace, which I knew needed replacing, and why I was especially happy that he didn't think the upstairs system needed replacing. We had City & Suburban come out for a second opinion on a furnace issue we were having. I’m so glad we did, because we ended up going with them and they were great to work with. Responsive, good prices, and they did high quality work. Would highly recommend.
