Furnace wasn’t heating. Received prompt, friendly service. Used diagnostic equipment to locate issue. They had to leave to get part due to its rarity. Offered multiple heaters while he left. He repaired furnace and also tested it afterwards. 2 hours from start to finish including him getting the part back here. Very friendly, professional service.
Had to replace a 3 year old Lennox furnace installed by another contractor who was unable to repair after installing numerous parts! I called City Suburban and they responded promptly to provide price & install new properly sized Trane high efficiency gas furnace by the next day! Awesome service beginning with the sales representative to the highly trained installation technicians! Best in the area...bar none!
give them one star ,there lucky to get that,unreliable ,over priced and to be honest don't think there's a qualified person on the premises. baaaaaaaad experience!!!!
