Chris at the Reidsville location thinks that NC laws regulating fees charged by storage facilities do not apply to him, and that he can do what ever he wants, it is the worst place in town, not only are they overpriced, customer service doesn't exist, management is argent and rude, they will not return phone calls nor reply to emails but they are quick to charge you for bogus fees to increase your balance, do yourself a favor and go to Halls Storage on Hwy 87, 29 Storage on Freeway Drive, 158 storage on 158 East, or anywhere... read more
Doors around the property do not lock properly (my code didn’t work multiple times and some doors you can literally just push open, mice issues (skat found all over washer and dryer and comforters were chewed on and had to be thrown away), communication isn’t consistent (reached out by phone during hours of operation multiple times with no answer or callback). This is my experience, hopefully you’ll have a better one.
Great location and amazing service from Chris! When we had a minor issue at the unit, Chris and team cleared it up in no time. Would recommend if you need a trusted space in Reidsville.
