The people are nice and the units clean, but rates have more than doubled in the 4 years I've been a customer, which is excessive.
The two young women in the office were very professional and the wine storage offer seems very reasonable. I look forward to having my wine collection close by.
Excellent Customer Service China is a geeat nanager... Kimberly is great too The other staff are great too
so convenient! and the people in the office are very lovely
