The so called manager, Crystal.....bad (enough said). City Storage owner's hiring process needs improvement.....
I called in to question this month's bill because the rates were raised again...without notice! The manager refused to help me, would not let me talk to her supervisor and refused to tell me who the owners were. She said they have plenty of business and she doesn't mind one bit if I take my business elsewhere. Mind you I have 4 units so an unannounced rate increase hurts my budget. Crystal, the manager, is the worst excuse of management I have ever seen. And yes, I will be taking my business elsewhere as soon as possible
