Great customer service, the lady on the phone has a super nice voice and was very knowledgeable and helpful in renting the unit. I hope she is as hot as she sounds 😊

If you want a reasonable rates, communication and excellent customer service. Ammon City Storage is the place to go! They’re honorable and professional and maintain integrity, especially in an uncomfortable economy. Hard to find these days. Kudos to TESSA for being unmatched in any of my customer experience’s! Thank you for your help!

Expensive. You get a climate controlled unit just down the road that actually has security for the same price. This place doesn't even clean around the units. If it snows, bring a shovel because after all the price gouging, they don't even clean the snow, so you can conveniently access your stuff. Can only imagine what it's like people with disabilities that have a wheelchair trying to access their stuff during the winter. Recommendation uhaul down the road climat controld and way better priced.
