Improvements I have noticed a great improvement since new management team and new maintenance/grounds keeper came on! Mike is amazing, efficient and friendly! Deanna is also the same! Keep up the good work City Square team!!

Run down, loud, and dirty No units have hardwood floors. The bike storage isn't very secure. There is hardly any courtesy patrol. There is no intercom system. Wheel car access only to two of the three buildings and the elevator are broken often. Not every apartment has microwaves or ceiling fans. There is no guest wifi that I could find in communal areas. So, we lived at this apartment complex for a year. We went through 2 different property managers. The first one was great, but he checked out because he was being promoted & kinda set us up for failure by not getting paperwork done that he should have & by promising us things that he should not have. The second one was horrible. She never EVER listened to us. When we moved into a larger apartment at the same complex, the place wasn't cleaned properly before we got there. (We lived 2 doors down.) Clean & Friendly From the moment I walked through the office doors to fill out an application for an apartment, the staff was very nice & helpful. I didn't want to leave without actually applying & getting approved because I liked the property so much. On my tour the grounds was kept very clean & it's a gated community so not just anyone can come in. The one bedroom apartments are a perfect size for up to two people. Well the post that told you that the new manager, Ashlie was great, is true, but she also quit because this place is such a dump! Cockroach infestations have forced them to let people out of their leases for free because I personally had to throw away all of my personal belongings before moving into a new house! The management is non-existent and we have been through 3 managers in the past 6 months that I've lived here.
