Improvements I have noticed a great improvement since new management team and new maintenance/grounds keeper came on! Mike is amazing, efficient and friendly! Deanna is also the same! Keep up the good work City Square team!!
Run down, loud, and dirty No units have hardwood floors. The bike storage isn't very secure. There is hardly any courtesy patrol. There is no intercom system. Wheel car access only to two of the three buildings and the elevator are broken often. Not every apartment has microwaves or ceiling fans. There is no guest wifi that I could find in communal areas. Clean & Friendly From the moment I walked through the office doors to fill out an application for an apartment, the staff was very nice & helpful. I didn't want to leave without actually applying & getting approved because I liked the property so much. On my tour the grounds was kept very clean & it's a gated community so not just anyone can come in. The one bedroom apartments are a perfect size for up to two people.
