If you’re considering private coaching ask for Dan; asked for help with my form not knowing he was a trainer there, just thought he was buff, and he took the time to explain really clearly. Great dude!
Pros: It's a decent gym that is decently clean most of the time. Most of the people are decent, staff is nice. Good amount and selecion of machines and weights. One of the larger locations in the bay area. Cons: Women in the sauna are gross and come in with gym shoes and full gym clothes and workout in there. **You may need nearly 60 days notice to cancel as they charge you for the next month regardless of when you cancel.** The music sucks and is too loud.
Come to check the gym where my friend is a member. Sales refuse to provide the service and offered to buy a membership right away. Terrible customer service experience.
