I came in as a new visitor to try the gym with a guest pass, but unfortunately, the staff didn’t want to activate it for me. The person I spoke to gave a reason that didn’t make sense, and I left disappointed. It’s hard to consider joining a gym when they won’t even let you try it out like the guest pass promises. I really expected better customer service for someone interested in becoming a new member.
They make cancellation pretty difficult and the website is terrible
Really poor signup experience through Wellhub I arrived pumped to go to gym in the morning and they sent me back. Apparently they can only do signups after 9AM ;(
