Pilates Coach Yadira is very rude has a bad attitude They shouldn't have her as a teacher, she speaks badly and has no patience to teach.
I’m very disappointed with how this gym handled my membership and want others to be aware. In July, I went in to downgrade from two guest passes to one since my sister-in-law was moving. I specifically asked the front desk gentleman (who turned out to be the manager- David) what the costs would be if I kept one guest. He clearly told me (in front of four witnesses) that the only cost would be the $20 monthly fee to add a guest starting September. Their pilatis studio was a very unpleasant experience for me! While it is a struggle to book, it was so boring and made me feel that I couldn't wait for it to end. I froze it as I was out of town, but it got automatically unfrozen without me knowing and I got charged for two months! No one helped me with this matter even though I was a member for 4.5 years! Really frustrating experience
